Document Requirements for the Uganda Transit eVisa

The documents required for the Uganda Transit eVisa are as follows: 

1. Clear scan of your passport bio-page. The passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of arrival in Uganda.

3. Submit a transit letter stating the purpose of your transit and final destination.

Application Process for the Uganda Transit eVisa

1. Fill out the Application: Select “transit” as your eVisa type, then fill out the form with your passport and travel details.

3. Pay the eVisa fee: Pay with a credit/debit card, paypal or cryptocurrency.
4. Receive the approved Transit eVisa: Once approved, your Transit eVisa will be delivered via email; print a copy for travel.

• Standard Processing (6 - 9 Working Days): Non-urgent travel plans.
