Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. Express processing (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee. Processing times may be longer during peak travel seasons.
You need a valid passport (6+ months validity), passport photo, travel itinerary, accommodation proof, and yellow fever vaccination certificate. Additional documents may be required based on your visa type.
Minor corrections can be made within 24 hours of submission. For major changes, you may need to submit a new application. Contact our support team for assistance.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
If your application is rejected, you'll receive a detailed explanation. You can reapply after addressing the issues mentioned in the rejection notice. Government fees are non-refundable, but our service fee may be partially refunded.
